Geshe Dangsong Namgyal will talk about the Oral transmission of Zhangzhung Dzogchen called Six Essential Aspects of Natural Awareness.
The teachings provide direct instruction which can uncover our inner self-awareness (rigpa), to have it quickly emerge. It also highlights how experiences of the body can be followed to reveal our true nature, ultimately leading to direct realization. Practice is not just a simple way of sky gazing, but includes visual channels, wind, syllables, breaths and body exercises. The main focus will be on the lamp of pure space, the lamp of the empty sphere, the lamp of radiance of awareness and the far-reaching water lamp.
These actual places to practice with our body being included in the practice of luminosity. Energetic eyes transform into wisdom eyes and all phenomena into luminous forms, as ordinary form is exhausted.
Geshe will give teachings on the continuous external and internal luminous knowledge in the ancient Tibetan wisdom tradition. This is helpful for individual darknesses such as trauma, stress, suffering, anger or ignorance that are produced by conceptualization. When infinite light emerges, unbelievable qualities can immediately be solved. An example is the many
masters who have achieved the rainbow body in Tibet. Kind of the result is the ultimate result. So this is a pure Dzogchen perspective path, otherwise it is necessary to make a lot of effort and take a long time to get results as a tantra and sutra path.

The Garuda flies through the sky, regardless of restrictions or difficulty. Ancient scripture talks about the knowledge possessed by a high level meditation practitioner which can cut through all confusion, limitation, and grasping. This teaching conveys the huge power that meditation has in transcending the ordinary, conceptual mind and the bondage of delusional circumstances. The garuda illustrates the spacious, high level view through action, intention, samaya, activity, cause and effect, times, dimensions, quality, non-dual, energy, inner balance and inner happiness.
