Geshe Dangsong will start with this retreat based on his book "Pure Dzogchen" which contains the teachings to experience the true nature of the mind, to be able to dwell in its primordial state that goes beyond all limits and conditions. It will be a retreat of theory and practice so it will cover two weekends.

Yetri Thasel

On the last weekend of February Geshe Dangsong will guide us through the Yetri Thasel, from the chapter
entitled "The Eleven Meanings of the Words", which explains the Primordial Space, the practice of Trekchö and the luminosity of the physical body and mind.

The Yetri Thasel, composed by the great master Drempa Namkha, is one of the four main Dzogchen cycles within the Yungdrung Bön tradition, specifically its female lineage -- Mogyud -- which contains essential instructions from realized Masters, transmitted orally from Master to student.

The Yetri Thasel belongs to the fourth section of the subdivisions of the cycles within the Dzogchen teachings the Man-ngag-sde (the Most Intimate Secret Cycle). Its complementary cycle is the Namkha Trüldzö. The Yetri Thasel has teachings that point to the nature of the mind, and that are unique to the Manngagde cycles, these are the Semdzin, Rushen, Trekcho, Thögal and Bardo teachings.
